Vexra is an AI-powered business strategy platform that provides competitor analysis, growth plans, email sequences, content strategies, pitch deck narratives, and market research reports. Services are provided on a subscription basis.
Vexra offers Free, Pro ($49/month), and Team ($149/month) plans. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial, your chosen subscription begins. You may cancel at any time from your billing dashboard. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
You agree not to use Vexra to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer our platform. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Content you generate using Vexra belongs to you. Vexra retains ownership of the platform, its design, code, and underlying technology. You may not copy or reproduce any part of the Vexra platform without permission.
Vexra uses OpenAI to generate content. AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional legal, financial, or business advice. You are solely responsible for how you use generated content.
Users may participate in the Vexra affiliate program and earn recurring commissions. Vexra reserves the right to modify commission rates, suspend, or terminate affiliate accounts at any time. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
Vexra is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vexra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vexra in the six months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved through informal negotiation followed by arbitration in Dublin, Ireland.
